We are an elder-led congregational church.
We believe the elders should lead, shepherd the flock, hold to and teach sound doctrine, and watch over the souls of members of the church (1 Timothy 5:17; 1 Peter 5:2; Titus 1:9; 1 Timothy 3:2; Hebrews 13:17).
We believe the members of the church are to respect, obey and submit to the elders’ teaching and leadership, as to the Lord (Hebrews 13:17; 1 Thessalonians 5:12–13) and are to hold the elders accountable for sound doctrine (Acts 17:11; Galatians 1:6–9)

Joshua Chipcahse
As Pastor of Temple Church, Joshua focuses on faithfully studying God’s Word and preaching expositional sermons. This means Pastor Joshua seeks to determine the point or main message of the text and makes that the focus of the sermon. He preaches verse by verse through books of the Bible but will occasionally preach a topical sermon.
